This class prepares couples for an out-of-hospital birth.  We cover stages of labor, relaxations, comfort measures, tips and tools for both partners (partners need tips, too!), information if a transfer becomes necessary, building your birth team, and much more.  This class jumps right into what you need to prepare for your amazing birth!  Includes the Life with Your New Baby workshop and one-year access to our online breastfeeding course.

Classes are held over six weeks, in 2.5 hour sessions.

Investment: $450 per couple, including workbook + 3-hr online Breastfeeding Class
BBC recommends starting this class before 33 weeks.
