While we at Birth Boot Camp recommend an in-person class, we get it. Sometimes it seems impossible to find the time for an extended class series. Or maybe your schedule doesn't align with my class times or your mental health negates a group setting. Great news! Birth Boot Camp has professionally filmed and edited birth classes available to you online, complete with closed captioning. These classes are available to you for 1 year!
Option 1: Click on the links below and you'll be taken directly to the purchase page for that class. Option 2: Hybrid! Want the online class, but also want the ability to clarify information and ask questions? Fill out the registration form for the course of your choice and click the hybrid option. I'll email you directly to get you set up with classes and a meeting schedule after each one.
Comprehensive Birth Class: If you want to achieve an intervention-free birth, are first-time parents, or are preparing for a VBAC, the Comprehensive class will prepare you on all levels - physically, mentally, and emotionally. Your child's birth will be a day that you long remember. Birth matters; you and your partner will be transformed in the process. **This course includes the 3-hour Birth Boot Camp Breastfeeding Class.
Hospital Birth Class: Our hospital class is designed for the couple who wants more than the standard hospital offering. More education. Relaxation and labor practice. More information on interventions, including medicated and cesarean births. Do you want to be able to make informed decisions as your birth unfolds? If you don't know your options, you don't have any.
Home & Birth Center Class: If you are planning to have your baby at home or at a birth center, this class will give you the nuts and bolts of labor. Learn what happens before, during, and after birth, as well as variations of labor and when transfers happen.
Birth Boot Camp Breastfeeding Class: This course, taught by Mellanie Sheppard, IBCLC, includes: expert advice, specific instructions on how to breastfeed, tips on how to properly latch and prevent nursing pain, how milk production works, troubleshooting problems that may come up, pumping, introducing bottles and returning to work, what to expect as the baby grows, and much more. **This course is included in our Comprehensive Class.
